Effective Date: August 25, 2026
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of dcsservicecenter.support, including website information, service-request tools, appointment forms and appliance repair services made available through the site.
By using the website, contacting us through it or requesting service, you acknowledge these Terms. If you do not agree, do not submit a service request.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy.
2. Scope of Services
We provide residential appliance diagnostics, repair, maintenance and component replacement for appliance types and service categories offered on this website.
Relevant DCS categories may include ranges, built-in ovens, cooktops and rangetops, microwaves, ventilation, warming drawers, French-door refrigeration, column refrigeration, side-by-side refrigeration, undercounter refrigeration, wine storage, ice/water systems and dishwashers.
A website article, error-code page, model page or symptom guide is general information. It does not guarantee that a specific part or repair can be confirmed without diagnosis.
3. Service Appointments
Requesting an appointment
Appointments may be requested through the website, by phone or through another contact method made available on the production site.
Submitting a request does not automatically confirm an appointment. Timing depends on route capacity, service area, appliance type, building/property access and other scheduling conditions.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please notify us at least 24 hours before a confirmed appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.
A late cancellation may be subject to a cancellation or service-call charge where applicable.
If a technician arrives but cannot access the property, appliance, service area or required utility because of a customer-side access issue, a service-call charge may apply.
Access requirements
The customer is responsible for reasonable and safe access to the appliance.
Disclose gated entry, concierge rules, service-elevator requirements, parking/loading restrictions, custom panels, stacked installations and other access limitations when booking.
Do not remove a built-in or panel-ready appliance unless the service team specifically asks you to do so.
4. Diagnosis and Estimates
A diagnostic/service-call fee may apply for evaluating the appliance and preparing a repair recommendation.
Before approved repair work begins, an estimate or expected charge will be communicated.
Material additional work or parts outside the approved scope will not be added without customer approval.
Part availability depends on the exact model, supplier inventory, shipping and whether a part is current, special-order or discontinued.
5. Payment
Unless another arrangement is agreed in advance, payment is due when the applicable service is completed or when the invoice states payment is due.
The customer is responsible for approved diagnostic, labor, parts, cancellation, service-call or other applicable charges.
Deposits are applied according to the Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy and the applicable estimate/service agreement.
6. Service Warranty
Unless a written estimate, invoice or service agreement states otherwise, covered labor is subject to a 30-day workmanship warranty beginning on the date the covered service is completed.
Installed parts may carry the warranty offered by the applicable manufacturer or supplier. Part-warranty terms are separate from the labor warranty unless expressly stated otherwise.
If the same covered problem appears to return, contact us as soon as reasonably possible and, where practical, within 24 hours of noticing the concern. Reasonable access must be provided so the prior work and current condition can be inspected.
Warranty coverage does not automatically apply to new/unrelated failures, normal wear, consumables, filters, external utilities, improper installation by another party, misuse, customer-caused damage, later third-party work that affects the repaired system, or conditions outside the original approved repair scope.
7. Safety
Website troubleshooting is limited to safe external checks.
Do not use website content as permission to perform exposed line-voltage testing, internal gas work, sealed-refrigeration work, safety-device bypassing, microwave high-voltage work or another procedure that should be performed by a qualified technician.
Stop using an appliance as appropriate and seek help when there is persistent gas odor, smoke, sparking, burning electrical odor, repeated breaker trips, severe overheating, exposed damaged wiring or water contacting electrical connections.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Provide reasonably accurate contact, location, appliance, model, symptom, error-code and access information.
Incomplete or incorrect information can affect scheduling, technician preparation, parts availability or first-visit completion.
9. Service Providers and Subcontractors
Qualified technicians, subcontractors, vendors or service providers may support scheduling, diagnosis, repair, parts procurement, payments or other operational needs.
Representations made by unrelated third parties are not binding unless expressly accepted in writing.
10. Parts and Materials Before Payment
To the extent permitted by law, parts/materials supplied specifically for a repair may remain the service company's property until applicable approved charges are paid in full.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that are not caused by a failure to perform an agreed service with reasonable care.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Pre-existing damage, hidden installation conditions, deteriorated cabinetry/flooring or inaccessible utility conditions may affect the repair and are not treated as damage created by service merely because they become visible during access.
12. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep content useful and current, but appliance models, parts, software, error codes, service availability and repair procedures can change.
Model-specific documentation and on-site testing may be necessary.
13. Intellectual Property
Original website text, layout, graphics and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party trademarks, product names and images remain the property of their respective owners.
14. Third-Party Services
The website may use third-party services for forms, communications, analytics, scheduling, maps, hosting, payments, security or related functionality.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
15. Prohibited Use
Do not use the website for fraudulent requests, unauthorized access, security interference, malicious code, impersonation, disruptive scraping or other unlawful activity.
16. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated. The current published version and effective date apply to current website use to the extent permitted by law.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the service transaction and business relationship, subject to consumer-protection or other rights that cannot legally be waived.
Do not replace this section with a specific state unless the production business has a verified jurisdiction that should be stated publicly.
