Effective Date: August 25, 2026
This Policy explains the rules that apply to cancellations, missed appointments, deposits, diagnostic charges, completed services, parts and warranty-related service concerns.
1. Appointment Cancellations
Notify us at least 24 hours before a confirmed appointment when cancellation or rescheduling is needed.
A cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation or service-call charge where applicable.
If a technician arrives but service cannot proceed because customer-side property/appliance access is unavailable, a service-call charge may apply.
2. Missed Appointments
A confirmed visit that cannot proceed because the customer did not attend/provide access and did not notify us in advance may be treated as a missed appointment.
Repeated missed appointments may require prepayment or other scheduling conditions.
3. Deposits
A deposit may be required to reserve service capacity, secure a special-order/model-specific part or cover an approved portion of a repair.
The purpose and amount should be identified when the deposit is collected.
A deposit is credited toward the applicable invoice.
Unless a written estimate/service agreement says otherwise, deposits may become non-refundable after they have been committed to reserved service capacity, a required part, supplier charges or other approved service expenses.
Special-order, model-specific, opened, installed or supplier-non-returnable parts may remain non-refundable after commitment.
4. Diagnostic and Service-Call Charges
A diagnostic/service-call fee may apply when a technician evaluates the appliance and prepares a repair recommendation.
If the customer declines the repair after diagnosis, the diagnostic fee remains due unless the applicable estimate/service agreement states that it is waived or credited.
5. Estimates and Additional Work
An estimate or expected charge is communicated before approved repair work begins.
Material additional work or parts outside the approved scope require customer approval.
6. Refunds for Completed Services
Completed diagnostic or repair work is generally not refundable simply because the customer later changes their mind.
Labor performed, diagnosis completed and approved installed parts are services/materials already provided.
A later new/unrelated appliance problem does not automatically create a refund right for the earlier repair.
When the same covered condition appears to return, the appropriate first step is a warranty evaluation.
7. Service Concerns
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible and, where practical, within 24 hours after noticing a concern related to recent service.
Provide the service date, appliance model, symptom and any useful error-code/photo information.
The service record will be reviewed to determine whether the appropriate next step is additional diagnosis, a warranty inspection, corrective work within the covered scope or clarification of a new/unrelated problem.
8. Service Warranty
Unless a written estimate/invoice/service agreement states otherwise, covered labor is warranted for 30 days from completion of the applicable repair.
Installed parts may carry applicable manufacturer/supplier warranty terms.
Warranty coverage applies to the actual repaired work and does not automatically cover new failures, normal wear, consumables, filters, external utility conditions, misuse, damage from later third-party work, or conditions outside the original approved scope.
Reasonable access must be provided for a warranty inspection.
9. Parts Returns
Installed parts used in a completed repair are not treated as ordinary retail merchandise and generally cannot be returned after installation solely because the customer changes their mind.
Special-order/model-specific parts may be non-returnable after order, shipment, opening or commitment depending on supplier rules.
If an uninstalled part is supplier-returnable, any credit/refund depends on supplier terms, shipping/restocking charges and the applicable service agreement.
10. Billing Questions
If you believe an invoice contains an error, contact us promptly so the approved estimate, labor, parts and payment record can be reviewed.
